## Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

## Shipping Method & Cost

- **Carrier:** Australia Post
- **Cost:** Free shipping on all orders
- **Estimated delivery:** 5–7 business days

## Order Processing

- Orders placed before 12 pm AEST are generally dispatched within one business day.
- Orders placed after 12 pm AEST are dispatched on the next business day.
- During busy periods, dispatch may take an extra day. We will communicate any delays.

## Pre-Sale Orders

If a product is available for pre-order, the expected shipping date will be stated on the product page and in your order confirmation email. If there are delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

## Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any questions about your delivery, contact us at info@landie.com.au.

## Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived:

- Check the tracking link for updates
- Contact us if the parcel appears delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace it at no cost to you.
