Information about the service

Landie-to-Landie is the free plan included with every Landie phone. It lets a Landie call and receive calls from other Landie phones, and call 000. It does not include calls to or from mobiles, landlines or international numbers. For those, see Landie Plus.

Landie-to-Landie requires a Landie handset, purchased separately. The service works over your home internet connection.

Included: unlimited Landie-to-Landie calls, and 000.

There is no charge for this plan and no payment method is required. You can move to Landie Plus at any time from the Landie app.

Other information

Emergency Services. 000 is available on this plan and can never be blocked by parental controls or any plan limit. However, a Landie calls over your home internet and has no mobile network to fall back on. If your internet or power is down, the Landie cannot make any call, including to 000. Always keep another way to call for help, such as a mobile phone. The service address registered against your Landie is given to emergency services, so keep it current in the Landie app.
