Common questions
How do I set up my Home Phone?
Plug in the Home Phone Heart, scan the QR code in the box, and follow the prompts in the Landie app. The whole thing takes about 90 seconds. If you get stuck, email help@landie.com.au and we'll walk you through it.
What if my phone number isn't working?
First, check that your Home Phone Heart's green light is on. If it's off or red, unplug it for 10 seconds and plug it back in. If that doesn't fix it, email help@landie.com.au with your order number and we'll look into it the same day.
How do I update my registered address for emergency calls?
Email help@landie.com.au with your new address and we'll update it for you. This is the address that 000 will be sent to in an emergency, so make sure it's correct whenever you move.
Can I add or remove approved contacts?
Yes — open the Landie app, tap your child's profile, then tap Contacts. You can add, remove, or edit anyone any time. Changes go live straight away.
How does the 30-day happiness guarantee work?
If your Landie doesn't make your family happier, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Just email help@landie.com.au and we'll send you a return label. No hard feelings.
